Organic Trust Australia – Research and Education offers a grant to people in Australia to assist with expenses for attending a conference, workshop or other event in Australia or abroad, where the person is presenting research results or other information on some aspect of organic agriculture in Australia. This grant is available to anyone actively involved in research or education/extension.

In 2017,  a grant of $1000 will be offered to assist with expenses for attending a national or international conference or other events to present results of research or education activities in organic agriculture. This must specifically involve some aspect of organic agriculture in Australia. The topic can cover any part of the industry including plant & animal production, soil management, extension, economics, marketing, food science, education & training, and policy & governance.

Applications must be submitted by 30 November 2016 and the funds must be spent by the recipient and claimed from the Trust by 31 December 2017, or the offer will lapse.
