The CULTIVATE Horizon Europe Innovation Action EU project is seeking a postdoc for a full-time 2.5 year position to be based in the Geography discipline in Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.

Position summary:
CULTIVATE project has 19 partners from across Europe, including food sharing initiatives, local authorities, international networks, creative enterprises and academic institutions. The successful candidate will form a core member of the Trinity CULTIVATE team and will have particular responsibility for implementation of research relating to the mapping, tracking and monitoring food sharing initiatives across Europe. Key activities will be analysing the results of the manual mapping process being conducted in three hub cities of Barcelona, Milan and Utrecht and then working with our computer science partners DCU to develop, test and validate, and replicate the automated functionality across 100 European cities ultimately to creating the SHARECITY200 Database. The role will involve international travel to partner locations for research purposes and for consortium meetings.
