When arranging your travel, the closest airport is Gold Coast (also referred to as Coolangatta, OOL). International participants might find it most convenient to fly into Brisbane. From Brisbane Airport to Tweed Heads is approximately two hours. A train service is available from Brisbane to Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast, and from there you can take a bus or taxi/Uber to get to Tweed Heads.
